Static electricity brings many problems to the printing and finishing industries. The following table lists some typical applications including sheet-fed offset printing and folding machines.

1、Single sheet feed

Static electricity causes the sheets to stick together, causing double sheets or paper to be twisted and deformed on the feeding plate.

JILI produces tandem ion nozzles, which can be integrated with the piping system of the existing Feida mechanism to blow ion wind to the entire paper feed. The paper separation system must be used in conjunction with a compressed air system.

Installing a static elimination bar about 10cm away from the front end of the entire paper feed section will eliminate the static electricity charged by the material in the direction of the single paper feed and the paper feeder.
